About McGrady-Perdue Heating & Cooling
Kevin McGrady and Mike Perdue, owners and co-heads of our installation/service teams, both have over 21 years of experience in their field. With more than 30 employees, McGrady-Perdue installs systems in new houses, existing houses, commercial buildings, and has a full-service department on-call 24/7.
Kevin McGrady, who is also one of our commercial salesmen, has an HVAC Master’s license and Master Gas Fitting license. His first priority is checking for correct installation and that your system runs as efficiently as possible.
As a Class A licensed contractor, Mike Perdue is our Comfort Consultant Manager and is eager to assist you with any system for your home or business!

We are fully insured, carrying $1 million liability and $2 million general aggregate. We also carry workman’s compensation for all employees, ensuring the safety of you and your home.
